We are pleased to inform about the new version of Elva DMS, as its improvements will significantly increase the effectiveness of work and will make easier the use of system. Now Elva interface, as in the new version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009, is based on the so-called principle of Role Centre. This means that every user of the system can create the convenient for him, transparent working environment, reflecting on the computer screen only those functions, which are necessary for his work. These adjustments can be made without any special knowledge in the field of programming.

We should also note the technological changes in Elva DMS. The solution is processed in the progressive three-tiered architecture, which is currently the most advanced technology in the database management.
From a functional point of view a special improvement of Elva DMS is a new service planner. Now its use is particularly convenient and transparent, visually it looks like the familiar Microsoft Outlook environment. Planning of work is easier with transparent service calendar, entries in which can be moved with a computer mouse.
For users’ support the new version also provides the functionality of assistance (help). It is integrated into the standard Microsoft Dynamics NAV functionality „help” and offers a description of system fields, tables and their use.

One of Elva DMS advantages is its integration with many systems of car manufacturers. With the new version, two new integrations with manufacturers are added – companies of Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen groups.

As you know, Elva DMS is a special industrial solution, developed by Elva Baltic specialists on the base of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, for car industry. In Latvia it is used by representatives of such brands as Renault, Dacia, Volvo, Mitsubishi, Bentley and others. Globally Elva DMS solution is distributed through the network of certified partners.
