After the successful  Elva Baltic Summer Academy, where the final year students of programming direction and postgraduates  were invited to acquire practical knowledge, , Elva Baltic leaders continue to support the future growth of professionals. They have signed Cooperation Contract with Transport and Communication Institute, and continue negotiations with other Latvian Universities - Riga Technical University and Latvian University on the conclusion of the cooperation contract.

Within the programme of cooperation it is envisaged to use Elva Baltic as one of the leading companies of Latvia in the sphere of IT, experienced and with high level training, to educate the students in the actual business problems and their solution with the help of management and enterprise resource planning system.

Elva Baltic support in approaching the acquired knowledge to practice is planned in the form of lectures,   using the resources of certified Elva Baltic professionals according to international standards. As a part of IT solutions there are developed and agreed with high school programmes topics of lectures on the specifics of business environment in different spheres and existing problems.
The students will be offered themes for bachelor works and possible places for practice.

Elva Baltic will also participate in the annual Career Days, organized by Riga Technical University. The purpose of this event is to inform students of technical, natural and social sciences and other interested persons about the best and most powerful companies in respective industries as well as to acquaint them with potential employers and places for practice.
