Almost fifty business men from different branches gathered on 7 October in the Hotel Radisson Blu Daugava. The event arranged by Elva Baltic, in cooperation with Mercuri International, for modern businessmen gained great responsiveness due to the topical subject – how to arrange the work with clients so as to reach higher business results. 

Both theoretical approaches tested in practice and options of information technologies to support implementation of this principle in everyday work applying the client relations management (CMR) solutions, were discussed during the event.
